Normal Skin


Normal skin is excessively healthy, and requires no unique care. There are many kinds of skin such as oily skin, normal skin, dry skin etc, but normal skin is a perfectly balanced skin. This type of skin has a clear, fine-textured, supple and smooth surface that is either greasy nor dry. It glows with an inner health that stems from adequate blood circulation and excellent health. This type of skin does not look dry and shiny. It is very important to take care of normal skin as it is mostly affected by pimples and acne.

Normal skin demands very light makeup. For the face, any type of soap works fine to remove dirt, but may not work as well to remove make-up. Instead, select a facial cleansing agent in cream, water-based emulsion, lotion, or gel form that's formulated for your specific skin type. There are many various products on the market so you may want to try a few brands before you settle down on one that works best for you.

Normal skin creates enough sebum to keep skin supple, but not so much that skin looks slick. If you have normal skin, the tissue test may produce light oil stains but nothing more. Face packs are very helpful to make skin soft and smooth. Face packs are also affected to increase circulation as well as tense and cleanse the complete face. Use banana, avocado, grape, cantaloupe, nectarine and peach for making face packs for normal skin. These are not only used for cleanse skin but also keep the skin stiffness.

Face packs are also benefitial to remove impurities, dead skin cells and wastes from the skin. One can easily make face packs at home in a few minutes. Since normal skin often is not causing any complications, neglect through insufficient, malapropos cleansing routines and the refusal to protect the skin by the daily use of a moisture cream, as well as a complete sun block, are the primary destroyers of its delicate, and therefore, precarious beauty.

Skin Care for Normal Skin

  • The only care this skin wants is cleaning it twice a day with a mild baby soap and water and toned with something mild, like rose water.
  • At night, to keep your skin's normal moisture-balance apply a thin film of home-made moisturizer.
  • Follow every cleansing with a mild freshener to keep pores tauten and to remove traces of cleanser clinging to the skin. Use an astringent with a low alcohol content.
  • Avoid direct heat on the face-including that from blow dryers.
  • Always use a mild, oil-based moisturizer under makeup to help keep surface moisture.

Homemade face packs recipe for normal skin

  • Take one fresh potato, grate it and squeeze it juice. Mix this juice with few drops of lemon juice. Apply the little amount of juice on the face by using cotton wool. It is the best pack for removing dark spots and blemishes.
  • Take a ripe banana and mash up well and add it with honey for making pulp. Apply this pack over the face and remove with Luke warm water.
  • Take a teaspoon of orange juice and a full teaspoon of fresh milk cream. Mix both of them and apply on the face. This packs is effective to make the skin smooth and soft.
  • Take one full teaspoon of lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of tomato juice . Mix both juices well and apply it on the face for getting firm and smooth skin.
