Daily Skin Care Routine


Healthy skin comes from having a good daily facial skin care module. Having a good daily skin care routine is very essential to the health of your skin and essential step towards having a good impression. Making the best alternatives for our bodies, and ultimately our skin, is achieved through diet, exercise, regular professional treatments, personalized homecare, and a healthy mental stance.

Skin cleansing is very much important, because pollution, grease and grime cling to the skin, clogging pores, whilst the body eliminates toxins through perspiration. If the cleansing process is not thoroughly pledged, the skin will look and feel sluggish, tired and minor skin problems and irritations will transpire. Select a non-soap cleanser appropriate for your skin type, or a tridoshic formulation balanced to work on all skin types.

Facial cleansers used for acne skincare and oily skin generally have antibacterial additives and other healing ingredients. Astringents and toners are good skin care products for those with acne and oily skin as they choke the pores after cleansing and reduce the amount of sebum produced.

Daily skin care Tips:

  • Cleanse face with gentle cleanser to match skin type, using a cotton ball or a washcloth.
  • Apply hand cream and a nail cream around cuticles.
  • When toweling dry, do not rub the skin. Blot or pat dry so there is still some moisture left on the skin.
  • Avoid using harsh soaps which dry the skin. Deodorant soaps are often very severe and drying.
  • Pat body dry with thick warm towels. Apply body lotion all over while skin is still moist. Take special care of feet, knees, elbows, and neck.
  • Apply moisturizing, purifying face mask.
  • Remove mask with warm water and spray or splash face with mineral water.
  • Use retinoic acid daily to save your skin from sun damage and ageing.
