- After shampooing, gently squeeze out the excess water from your hair with your hands.
- Pour conditioner in your hand. If your hair is less than 6 inch long, use a dollop of conditioner the size of a coin. If you have very long hair, you may need a handful.
- Rub your palms together to distribute the conditioner evenly, and then work it into your hair from the ends upwards.
- If you have long hair, gently comb through the ends with a wide-tooth comb to make sure that the conditioner is evenly distributed and to remove any tangles.
- After two to three minutes, rinse your hair well. Excess residue can make your hair look dull.
- Gently squeeze out the moisture with a towel. Donot rub vigorously.
